It's Called art deco

Finding the right artist to bring that vision to life was an important part of the journey and we were thrilled to select acclaimed Australian artist Louise Olsen, jeweller, sculptor and co-founder of Dinosaur Designs.
Louise has spent more than forty years working in the space between bold and delicate, wearable and architectural. We chose Louise because at Oria, the details were never meant to be just decorative. They were always meant to be deliberate.
Orchids were a favourite motif of the Art Deco era, a symbol of modern elegance. For Oria, Louise looked closer to home, to the King and Hyacinth orchids native to the Brisbane region.

Bold yet delicate, sculptural yet organic, it reflects the same sense of beauty, craftsmanship and intention that defines the building itself.
